First contact on location
You and your family are going to use the garden so you should be happy with it for now and in the future. One of our gardens cannot be recognized as a “De Graaf” garden, simply because it will become your garden. We use your wishes regarding style, colors, architectural elements and materials, think along with you creatively and practically, welcome positive ideas and together we create your personal dream garden. If your garden does not require an extensive design, we can also prepare a simple sketch. Of course we design the garden based on your budget.
Creating the design
After the intake interview (without any obligations), we usually prepare a provisional garden design to scale within 2 weeks. This includes images that give you an impression of the intended atmosphere and layout. The sketch will be discussed with you and adjusted if necessary. Only when you are completely satisfied, the proposal will become final.

Choice of materials
When discussing the garden design, we make a proposal based on your budget for the hard materials such as paving, stacking blocks, semi-paved surfaces and fencing. You can always visit the show garden of our regular suppliers to see which material suits you best and if you like we will accompany you to make a perfect choice together.
Discussing the quotation
You will receive an offer specified per component, together with a list of materials. We are happy to provide a total picture and thus making things a whole lot easier for you from start to finish. This means that we ensure that all material is present at the right time, that the waste is disposed of and that the garden is neatly finished so that all you have to do is to enjoy it from there on. If you prefer, you can also choose to do certain jobs by yourself or we implement the plan in phases. This way we prepare a tailor-made quote that is suitable for you. Because we are craftsmen, drawing up a tailor-made quotation is quite a big job that takes many hours to complete. That is why we charge € 100 for this, which costs are deducted if we are to build the garden.
Agreement client
As soon as you agree on all materials and work to be done, you sign the quote and send it to us so that we can start planning work on your garden. Of course we also take your agenda into account.
